How It Works
1. Check Your Horseshoe
We can only work with steel horseshoes, so before sending yours in, do a quick test with a magnet. If the magnet sticks, your horseshoe is steel and good to go! If it doesn’t, it’s likely aluminum, which we aren’t able to personalize.
2. Send Us a Photo First
Before confirming that we can personalize your horse’s shoe, we like to see a photo of it. This helps us ensure there’s enough space for the customization you have in mind. Please take a clear picture of your horseshoe and send it to us by:

Once we review your photo, we’ll let you know if we can move forward and provide the next steps for mailing it in.
3. Send It In
Once we confirm that we can personalize your horseshoe, you’ll receive shipping details as well as instructions on placing your order.
4. Cleaning & Preparation
Don’t worry about dirt or rust—we’ll take care of that! We carefully clean each horseshoe to remove surface grime, ensuring it’s ready for engraving. However, we will not alter its shape, so any unique wear, bends, or details from your horse’s step will remain as part of its story.
5. Personalization & Finishing
Once prepped, we’ll personalize your horseshoe with hand-stamped lettering or engraving, depending on your chosen design. Whether it’s your horse’s name, a meaningful date, or a special phrase, we’ll create something truly unique for you.
