How long will my order take to complete?
Our items are handmade to order, therefore completion time is approximately 5-7 business days. If an item requires more time it will be listed in the individual item description. Please note, these are approximations but we do our best to complete your item(s) within or before this time period.
What if I need my item(s) sooner than the specified time frame?
If you let us know ahead of time that you will require your order sooner, we will do our best to accommodate this, however, it is important that you inform us of this BEFORE paying for your item(s). If we are unable to complete your order in time, we will let you know immediately.
If you place an order before discussing the turnaround time, we cannot guarantee we will be able to rush your item(s).

How long does it take for my item(s) to arrive once it is shipped?
Our items ship USPS Priority Mail. On average, this typically takes approximately 2-3 business days, but may vary depending on location.
Are these real horseshoes?
Yes! We use authentic horseshoes for all of our creations. Although the horseshoes we work with are brand new (never worn by a horse) these are the same ones that would be used by a farrier.
Are the horseshoes steel or iron?
Horseshoes are technically steel, however, steel is a mixture of iron and carbon. We have hundreds of customers buy our items for both anniversaries (steel and iron) so this will definitely meet either of those needs.
What is the difference between "personalized", "customized" and "engraved"?
We use these words interchangeably in our listings, so there is no difference at all in the way they are crafted. Tyler stamps the names and dates by hand on each of our items (this is why we limit the amount of characters on the horseshoes).
Can you customize the backside of the horseshoe?
We do not offer customization on the backside of the horseshoes due to manufacturer stamping appearing in that area.
The personalization of my item is incorrect. Now what?
If the error was on our end, we will gladly fix your item at no additional charge.
