Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

We ship most items via USPS Priority Mail. The cost to ship most items is $5.95 (free shipping over $50—some restrictions for bulk orders may apply). Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 2–4 business days, though this may vary depending on location, weather conditions, holidays, etc.

If you choose to send us your own horse’s shoe for personalization, we will return it to you using FedEx 2-Day Shipping to ensure it arrives quickly and safely. The cost for this is $15.

Bulk Orders:
Purchases between 10–15 horseshoes are considered heavy packages and are subject to a minimum $25 shipping and handling fee. These orders will ship via FedEx.

If you’d like to order more than 15 horseshoes, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can calculate the most accurate shipping rate for your order.

If you need your item(s) in a rush, please reach out to us before purchasing to see if we can accommodate your request.

Important:
If the shipping address you provided is not verified by USPS and the item is undeliverable and/or returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Please note, Lucky American is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen factors. Once your package leaves our shop, delivery times are beyond our control. If tracking shows a package as delivered but the customer has not received it, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the item. However, we’re happy to assist in locating the package or filing a claim if needed.
